We are a collective of property owners, managers, and service providers dedicated to the health of the Florida rental market. Our scale allows us to advocate with precision and provide resources that matter to the day-to-day operations of our members.
Advocacy is our foundation. We engage with lawmakers and regulatory bodies to solve complex housing challenges, specifically focusing on the long-term sustainability of affordability across Florida. We act as a single, clear voice in a landscape of shifting policy.
Education is how we elevate the profession. Through FAA University and our Leadership & Engagement (LEAD) program, we ensure the next generation of industry leaders is prepared for an evolving landscape. We provide the tools for operational excellence.
